Election address
I joined ICL 8 years ago and am based in CRE02, with recent assignments in WAR08 and MAN33.
I am a strong supporter of consultative forums, encouraging healthy discussion between company and staff. Previously on FCCF, I am an active member of the current UKCF. I play a full role on the Core Bonus subgroup and chair the Training and Development subgroup. I am a member of Unite.
I am keen to work constructively with the company promoting our concerns through open and frank dialogue and hopefully reaching a consensus on the best way forward.
