The Unite Fujitsu Manchester group's members appoint Workplace, Health & Safety, Learning, Equality and Environmental Reps.

Health & Safety Reps are allocated to areas of the site. Health & Safety Reps have legal rights to be consulted about various issues, to investigate, to carry out inspections, and to make representations on behalf of staff.
