Election address
Fujitsu is in one of its periodic phases of rapid change. During such times it is imperative that employees' questions are asked and opinions voiced. Off-shoring, Pay and Pensions, Out of Hours payments and Absence Management are some of the key issues where UKCF Reps need to be equipped to challenge the company and press for openness when these matters are discussed at the Forum.
With my trades Union background I feel I can tap into how employees feel on the above topics and that I have the confidence to represent those views for Scotland.
