FS are rushing through offshoring policies, consulting on changing Out of Hours payments and looking at Pensions, all of which may have a major impact on employees. It is vital that UKCF reps present your views and try to mitigate some of the current plans and ensure that you are informed of changes.
As a current UKCF rep I am involved in the OOH consultation and as an UNITE rep I have the support and resources of the Union to assist me in representing all my constituents.
I joined ICL in 1979 and am a Mainframe / Networks engineer.
