Fujitsu reacts to a changing world by making changes to itself - some good for its employees, some not so good. Offshoring, pay, pensions, absence management are just a few such issues. UKCF Reps try to oversee this activity on employees' behalf, showing disagreement and demanding openness whenever appropriate.
My roles as PCS Union Rep and UKCF Rep are distinct but complementary and, having served an apprenticeship in my first term as UKCF Rep and with great back-up from PCS, I feel equipped to understand and respond to the Company's initiatives to benefit all employees in Wales.
