Election address
I am an IT technical support specialist on the Reuters contract. A lot of change is being implemented by the company on this contract. My experiences on 3 contracts as an ICL and Fujitsu employee, gives me a unique perspective, which will be invaluable as a UKCF Rep.
As a UNITE/unite union Rep. I believe it is paramount that management and employee relationships should be one of mutual respect, transparent communications and discussions. As a UKCF Rep I will keep all employees informed on how company plans affect their rights, to ensure democratic accountability in the workplace.
