Fujitsu is changing fast and employees need a say. UKCF reps can seek answers to your questions and raise your issues. Reps should query and (sometimes) challenge company plans.
On the UKCF I've prioritised issues like pay & benefits, offshoring and "Out Of Hours harmonisation". As a UNITE/Unite union rep, I have real backup (advice, training) and experience in handling complex issues, advising and representing people.
UNITE has a proud record of keeping Manchester staff (members and non-members) informed - staff everywhere deserve the same. As a socialist, I want less secrecy and more democratic accountability at work.
