Election address
I currently work within RMGA although with experience in many other parts of the company. I have previously served with consultative forums like ECF, IPMC, UKCF, FSCF, and have specific experience and understanding of the role of employee representative. I feel strongly that people need a direct and efficient channel to influence the management of our company and ensure that our views and opinions are not overlooked. Areas such as pay, job security, and career progression remain crucially important in a global economy and if elected I will continue to promote fair and open policies towards employees in every respect.
