Fujitsu is looking at making changes: Off Shoring, Out of Hours work, Pensions and many other areas that affect our working lives. It is important that the UKCF reps put your views on these issues to the company and make sure that the company consults and communicates effectively.
As a former member of the UKCF (2000 – 2002) and a UNITE/UNITE representative, I am used to acting as an advocate for both Union and non-union members of staff. With the backing of UNITE/UNITE, I have access to information and training on various issues of relevance to the workplace.
