Election address
I feel that employees need relevant, impartial information to make informed decisions and need their views to be represented to the company - via the UKCF alongside other channels such as Unite, and that information is communicated to employees effectively and that the information is open, transparent and fair.
I am a Technical Manager within IS and an advocate of management best practice and treating staff fairly with respect and dignity.
As an existing UKCF member I have been involved with Pay and Benefits (including Reward, Out of Hours, Leave), Communications and more.
I am seen as a "people person".
