In these days of change in FUJITSU it is important for reps to raise employees' concerns and put forward their views strongly and confidently.
On the UKCF we have dealt with many issues such as Offshoring, pay and conditions and Out of Hours payments.
As a UNISON official I have access to experienced advide and training. I have served in the union in many positions including Health and Safety, Welfare and Equality and latterly as a negotiater.
