Election address
There have been no helpdesk staff and too few women on the UKCF, so I could contribute something new. I understand first-hand the specific issues these groups face. As a UNITE/Unite Rep and a Learning Rep I have had extensive training which would help me on the UKCF. At the Manchester Campus I've been proactive in tackling training and development issues as well as pay and promotion.
As a UKCF Rep I could learn from and help address similar issues on other sites. I would help give all employees a voice in decisions that affect them.
