Election address
Hello. I am a Team Leader, who TUPE’ed in FJS in April 2001, from HMC&E. I am the South East regions PCS Union Rep, mainly looking after Deskside engineers in the region. The projects I have recently been involved in, has been with the creation of a new framework document, between the PCS and FJS, with the aim of improving relationships. I am also on the Out of Hours (OOH) forum, attempting to ensure that a move to standard set of T&C’s, is both fair to staff and company. Unfortunately, despite attending with an open mind, I am finding my aim is to prevent the company steamrolling this radical change in. To do this, it is vital that staff are made aware of the huge potential impact this could have on them, which is my objective.
