Fujitsu has begun discussions with employee representatives over their intention to "harmonise" certain aspects of the employment contracts for all current and future UK staff.

UNITE/Unite and PCS, the biggest unions in Fujitsu, are cooperating in this campaign with the aim of ensuring employees have an effective say in any changes to their contracts. Whether you're a union member or not, please join in the campaign.
What you can do
Survey
As an initial step, we have set up a survey open to all UK Fujitsu Services employees. It will only take five minutes to complete online. If you can't access it online, please contact your local rep for a paper copy. Click here to complete the survey.
Leaflet
UNITE/Unite and PCS have produced a generic leaflet which is being adapted for various sites. If you want copies for your site, please get in touch with a local rep.
