Welcome to the home page for the Unite pay survey for Fujitsu Services staff.
Thanks to the 648 people who completed the survey - an excellent result given that management censored the link to it from the Intranet. The survey was open to all Fujitsu Services employees, whether union members or not. By completing the survey, employees are helping break down some of the secrecy that surrounds pay in the company. The survey results will help Unite campaign for better pay for employees, and give individual employees some of the information they need to discuss their pay with their managers.
The survey was anonymous - we can't identify which person (or which PC) gave which answers.
The main results have been published on CafeVIK. Part 1 was employees' comments, and part 2 included information about pay and benefit rates.
