In 2004, Unite carried out its first web-based survey of Fujitsu Services pay (see www.ourunion.org.uk/paysurvey2004), attracting a fantastic response from employees, despite management censoring the link to it from CafeVIK. With nearly 650 responses, the survey produced valuable results, which Unite published for all employees to see.
Many thanks to the many Fujitsu Services employees - union members and non-members, who completed the survey. By doing so, you helped break down some of the secrecy that surrounds pay in the company. The survey results will help Unite campaign for better pay for employees, and give individual employees some of the information they need to discuss their pay with their managers.
The survey was anonymous - we can't identify which person (or which PC) gave which answers.
The survey is now CLOSED.
Please encourage your friends and colleagues to bookmark this page and check the results as they appear. If you want you can also display the poster to advertise the survey to your workmates.
Like last year, summary results will be published. Our news about pay appears here and this will include survey results as they become available. Results will also be announced to Unite members through email newsletters.
Information about the 2005 Pay Campaign is here.
If you want to be better informed, better protected, and have an effective voice at work, you need to join the union. If you'd like to join Unite, click here.
Thanks to everyone who completes the survey - you know who you are even if we don't!
Many thanks go to Core Operations for making it possible for us to carry out the survey at zero cost.
